Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to contracts with AGORA – Kunst der Antike.
The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods (for multiple partial deliveries, the period starts when the last partial delivery is received).
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail, letter, or this form) to us.
- Return costs: The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
- Condition of goods: The goods must be undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging. Used, dirty, or damaged goods will not be accepted, unless the deterioration is minor.

Important Notes
- Defective or incorrect goods:
For non-conforming or defective goods, AGORA – Kunst der Antike bears the return costs. Please notify us before sending the goods back via e-mail or phone. - Deadline:
he withdrawal must reach us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. - Return Costs:
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for defective goods). - Refund
– After receiving the withdrawal notice and the undamaged goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the account specified by the customer.
– AGORA – Kunst der Antike is entitled to refuse the refund until the goods have been returned.
– The refund will be made using the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
