Right of rescission

If the goods sent to you correspond to our description, please send us within five days an e-mail stating the reason for complaint. You get back on the request for refund or credit for a new purchase. The fault lies with the customer and the complaint will be accepted anyway, then the customer will receive a credit. For higher-priced Returned items the customer is obliged to report to us sending location and despatch itself, so the shipment can be insured by us.
